Howdy guys, I’m actually here to talk to you about just how cool it is to be healthy and fit. That’s gonna be the train of thought for the next few posts. I’m gonna be giving you a few freebies along the way too. Because for most of you reading this, exercise is just still so goddam hard. You know what, I thought the same thing too until I tried it out purely by chance.
Being the fanatical clubber that I tried to be at times, I was introduced to a different sort of dance floor. Before I tell you the rest of that awesome story, let me also introduce you to my jazzy and authentic juicing world. But why juicing? And what the hell is juicing anyhow? That’s why I’m here. They asked me so nicely, I thought; what the heck.
And let’s not talk about the moolah, please guys. Anyway, once I got started on this exercise thing, it wasn’t long before I was introduced to juicing and how it helps to lose weight. Because that’s the juice of the matter where I’m concerned. I was heavily overweight and couldn’t stand to look at myself in the mirror because I thought I was so goddam awful ugly.
As much as I loved clubbing, I was the laughing stock on the jazzy dance floor. Sweat was always running over me, soaking my diamond studded gap and I was clumsy in the way I tried to move my feet to the beat. And so they laughed. One asshole had this much to say about me; well, at least she’s got guts.
Well, dude, no more. And look at me now. Before I dash this post with the send button, let me just tell you something a little extra about why juicing is so cool for fat girls (or was for me, still is, because I just luurve the great many flavors I can get out of my juicing and smoothie cups) like me and you (perhaps?). Then I’ll finish off this sumptuous treat on how I was introduced to the exercise mat.
Yes sirree bob, juicing sure does help a girl to lose weight. For a sweet tooth girl like me I was completely blown away in the beginning. I had to replace sodas and packaged juices with natural solid fruits to get the weight loss ball going. Because while all natural fruits ain’t got no white sugar in them, they sure as hell have their own.
White sugar puts on weight and it gives you other health problems too. Fruits’ sugars do the complete opposite. Natural sugars, the more you can get of it, the better, are good for cleansing both body and soul. All fruits, especially the great green avocado and the curiously shaped ripe yellow and black banana, have their own special variants of antioxidants and minerals and vitamins and iron.
I have just lost count of the richness in variety here. The trick is to try up something a little different every other week during the first forays into juicing. You’d need to see a medical specialist or nutritionist to be able to configure accurately just how every special ingredient has boosted your body. But who’s got time for that, hey.
One thing is for certain, each and every fruit, and I prefer keeping their crunchy, stringy bits intact, has its own version of dietary suppressants that help fatties, like I used to be, to stave off those hunger pangs before the next big mealtime. I got into the habit. A juice or smoothie with my breakfast and one during the morning and during the afternoon in-between meals.
It worked like a bomb. Soon, after weeks on the floor, okay, that’s too much of a shove, after months of persisting with my healthy, balanced eating and exercising plans, I started to look, and feel, like a sexy bombshell. I got into the exercise thing right away because I could correlate my passion for dancing quite neatly with bombastic music beating and thumping aerobics sessions down at the gym.
