Girls, that’s definitely not me. I ain’t no small weak girl prone to fainting spells. While I’ve lost my weight, I’m still a big boned girl at heart. I’ve got my breasts too, won’t tell you what size cup I’m wearing, but let’s just say that now I am quite proud of my body. I’m extremely proud of my achievements too.
I’m proud of what it took for me to get to this point where I can say all of this loud and proud. To help you girls out of your doom and gloom and feeling all so weak spells, let me motivate you with my cool diet and exercising methods. It’s not failsafe but it is based on tried and tested methods that many a fitness guru and celebrity healthy nutrition chef has pioneered for the likes of us.
My methods have more to do with motivation than anything else. Because having been there and done that, feeling the pain that many of you might still be experiencing, it’s all too easy to give it all up again. If you take a leaf out of my jazzy and authentic juicing bible, you’ll start smelling the favella beans and realize that a lot of what can be achieved is really and truly and favorably left up to you.
The thing is this, what works for another girl, whether it’s eating solid meals three times a day, seven days a week, or exercising every other day or six days a week, won’t necessarily be working out for this goose. You see, we are all genetically and physiologically different. And that’s a good thing. Imagine if we were all the same, programmed to do the same things over and over again, just like robots are programmed to do.
Life would be really boring. Really, girls. I’ve seen this down at the gym where it all started out for me. Now, while I love my aerobics, I’m not doing it every day. And while I need my weights, I’m not doing that every day either. Don’t need to. And so by the way, I now have my own gym at home. So no more botherations with sweaty, noisy and rude crowds for me.
All this is real and true. But why does it work in your favor. First and foremost get this in your head tonight. Try and be as patient as possible and don’t you dare give up. Start small and later on the big things will come. Vary your diet, do a ten day experimentation just like I did, and reduce your portions right away.
Because if you don’t you’re never going to lose weight anyhow. So, if you’re a big, heavy girl like I used to be, so fond of her fried chicken and you’re used to five sticks of chicken a night (or every other night when that feast day arrives) reduce your load to two pieces of chicken. Ditch your fries right away.
Something’s gotta go straight away, so get used to that. Learn to compromise and make those sacrifices. By the time the next chicken night arrives, next week, hopefully, ditch the fried chicken altogether. Now you’re going to be blown away experiencing things your taste buds never thought existed.
Now you can dish you a stir fried treat. If you’re still fond of your oily goods, that’s okay too, for now. Because the oil that goes into your pan now is good for your heart. Its olive oil and its peanut oil, take your pick. Many of you have been crazy about your fries because of the crunchiness. Now get this, stir fried veggies are even crunchier.
The trick where nutrients and the inclusion of all essentials are concerned is to include at least five different veggies in your stir fry or salad. But we were also meant to be chatting about exercise. Part of what had to be said has been said. Don’t try to do too much in the beginning. Don’t exercise every day either. Do go for variety. Do something different every day. And keep those workouts short and pretty intense to work on your cardiovascular levels,
